A lifetime in the making

Shirley and Daniel have known each other most of their lives — their families have been friends forever. Eliana, Shirley’s mom, was Daniel’s “Profe” (preschool teacher) back in Venezuela, long before Shirley was even born.

Once everyone had settled in South Florida, their mothers became close friends — shoutout to Grupo A — which kept their paths crossing year after year at Hanukkah parties and every celebration in between.

This wedding is a celebration not just of their love for each other, but of the community that helped them get here. (That’s you!) On January 2nd, under the Florida Tuscan sun, it finally becomes official — with lemons, flowers, and everyone we love.
